Just this morning I was going to begin work with a feeling of dissatisfaction over something I wish I had. Then it occurred to me that the whole week, I had steady power supply, meaning I didn't get stressed over light. Trust me it's a major stressor when it happens. Noting it and writing it down changed my mood 100%.
We really do need to pause and reflect on things with gratitude.
